Kevin Enders
Kevin is a foster and adoptive father through 4KIDS and has been involved with 4KIDS since 2007. He joined the 4KIDS team as President in 2017 and is committed to using his passion and drive for the 4KIDS mission, and has a deep personal love and compassion for the forgotten children.
Mathew John
Mat has been on the 4KIDS team since 2000 and has played a pivotal role in helping to expand foster homes into Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast. Mat’s background in the Department of Juvenile Justice has developed his heart for foster care and continues to motivate him in his role as Executive Vice President.
Tom Lukasik
Tom has served in various roles throughout 4KIDS since 1999. He and his wife Linda have fostered more than 50 children and continue to be involved in the foster care community throughout South Florida. As Vice President of Community Engagement, Tom is able to propel local churches and organizations to become advocates for foster care in their neighborhoods.
Shelley Baker
Shelley joined the 4KIDS team in 2012 after working in the foster care system for over 12 years in Missouri. Her passion for bringing justice to the foster care system in Florida helps to propel her work as Vice President of Expansion.
Tim Putman
Tim joined the 4KIDS team in 2017 and serves as the Vice President of Preventation and Quality Assurance and Improvement. He is passionate about transforming the lives of children, youth, families and communities by relieving suffering and distress, encouraging the discovery of their God-given value and purpose, and equipping them to pursue of thriving futures.
Terri Galindo
Terri joined the 4KIDS team in 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services. Both a LCSW and LMFT, she has more than 40 years of clinical experience and administrative oversight.
James Stewart
James joined the 4KIDS team in 2020 and currently serves as the Vice President of Programs. He has a MA degree in Marriage & Family and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership. James has over 25 years of experience in the child welfare and mental health sector.
